Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long does my order take to arrive?
    Orders are processed within 7-15 business days; this does not include weekends or holidays. Once you receive a notification that your order has shipped please allow 2-3 business days to receive it.
  • My order was sent to the wrong address, is there a way to get my order?"
    We are not responsible for orders that are delivered at the wrong address or lost due to the customer providing incorrect shipping information. We will only ship to the address provided at check out. It is the customers responsibility to make sure their address is correct and updated before completing check out. If your address needs to be changed or updated, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • My order was returned or does not go beyond "Shipping information received""
    If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping address given by customer, we will reach out to you and you must respond within 72 hours. If you do not respond to our email we will NOT refund or reship the order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for damaged or melted product during hot weather, it is the customers responsibility to keep track of their order and make sure it does not sit out in the heat unattended.
  • My order came damaged can I return the order and get a refund?
    We will only accept returns on items that are not edible as long as the item is still new and unused. You must notify us of any errors in your order within 2 days of receiving.
