Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We do not offer overnight shipping or International shipping.
Orders are processed within 7-15 business days; this does not include weekends or holidays. Once you receive a notification that your order has shipped please allow 2-3 business days to receive it.
We are not responsible for orders that are delivered at the wrong address or lost due to the customer providing incorrect shipping information.
We will only ship to the address provided at check out. It is the customers responsibility to make sure their address is correct and updated before completing check out. If your address needs to be changed or updated, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping address given by customer, we will reach out to you and you must respond within 72 hours. If you do not respond to our email we will NOT refund or reship the order.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for damaged or melted product during hot weather, it is the customers responsibility to keep track of their order and make sure it does not sit out in the heat unattended.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to our product being perishable and in compliance with the FDA (food & drug administration) we do NOT accept any returns on food products. If you receive an incorrect item, you MUST notify us via email within 2 days of receiving your order (this will be verified by checking the tracking information)
We will only accept returns on items that are not edible as long as the item is still new and unused. You must notify us of any errors in your order within 2 days of receiving.
If you receive the wrong item, you must email us with 2-3 pictures of what you received.
Email must be sent to Lafridagummies@gmail.com and must include the name on the order along with the order number.
If you receive a damaged item we may replace the item or issue a refund, all depending on the situation. Always feel free to contact us with any concerns.
